| Parent-Teacher Group (PTG) The Parent-Teacher Group supports the efforts of parents, guardians, and teachers together to provide the best possible educational program and facilities for the school. The PTG sponsors regular meetings and events for parents to foster good communication between home and school. It also conducts a variety of fund raisers throughout the year to help support the school financially. The PTG Board Officers are elected at the end of each school year to serve a one-year term. |

| Absentee Policy: Please call the school by 8:30 a.m. to notify us when your child is absent. You must call by 8:30 a.m. to request work for your child to be sent home with a sibling or to be picked up at the end of the school day. |

| Medicines & Cough Drops: Students are NOT permitted to carry any medicines or to take any medication--not even cough drops--by themselves. All medicines, inhalers, cough drops, and similar items--prescription and non-prescription alike--must be turned in to the office along with the necessary signed forms. The containers must have the original labels with student's name and dosage instructions. |
